About the Role

ITxSential Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Junior Video Editor with strong motion graphics capabilities and a solid understanding of video editing, animation, and visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging, high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, strong technical fundamentals, and the ability to transform raw footage and creative briefs into polished visual content.

We are looking for someone who prioritizes quality, understands animation principles, and is eager to push beyond average editing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, brand promotions, corporate content, and digital campaigns.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animated typography, kinetic text, and custom transitions using Adobe After Effects.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, storytelling, pacing, sound design, and color correction.
• Create smooth animations, dynamic title sequences, lower thirds, and visually appealing graphic elements.
• Understand and execute creative briefs while contributing original ideas to improve the final output.
• Work with footage, music, sound effects, graphics, and other assets to deliver professional-quality videos.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color, composition, timing, and overall visual quality.
• Organize project files, compositions, assets, and exports professionally.
• Incorporate feedback, make revisions efficiently, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated with current video editing techniques, motion design trends, and creative styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Adobe Premiere Pro

• Strong understanding of timeline editing, trimming, sequencing, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of keyframes, speed ramping, transitions, masking, and basic compositing.
• Ability to handle audio editing, sound effects, music synchronization, and color correction.
• Understanding of export settings and formats for different digital platforms.

Adobe After Effects

• Good understanding of keyframes, Graph Editor, easing, and animation principles.
• Ability to create motion graphics, animated typography, titles, and custom transitions.
• Knowledge of masks, track mattes, shape layers, parenting, null objects, and expressions.
• Ability to create smooth, professional animations with proper timing and spacing.
• Understanding of pre-compositions, effects, and organized composition workflows.

Creative Skills

• Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, composition, and design.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand creative references and recreate animations accurately.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the creative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, promotional videos, advertisements, or brand content.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with plugins, templates, and workflow optimization tools.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
