JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overall Business Management

* Lead and manage the overall company.

* Set business goals, strategies and growth targets.

* Monitor all departments and their performance.

* Ensure smooth functioning of daily business operations.

* Take important management decisions.

2. Business Growth & Expansion

* Develop new business opportunities.

* Expand B2B business and HoReCa networks.

* Build relationships with Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart and retail chains.

* Explore new markets and business segments.

* Drive annual turnover and profitability targets.

3. Financial Management

* Monitor company revenue, expenses and profitability.

* Review monthly financial reports.

* Control operational costs.

* Monitor cash flow and working capital.

* Approve major business expenses and investments.

4. Procurement & Supply Chain

* Monitor overall procurement performance.

* Ensure product quality and competitive purchasing.

* Review vendor relationships and pricing.

* Monitor sourcing, grading, sorting, packing and dispatch operations.

* Ensure supply chain efficiency.

5. Sales & Customer Management

* Develop relationships with key customers.

* Monitor sales targets and customer performance.

* Handle major customer negotiations.

* Resolve important customer complaints.

* Develop long-term business partnerships.

6. Team Management & Leadership

* Appoint and guide department heads.

* Define roles and responsibilities.

* Review performance of senior management.

* Maintain accountability across departments.

* Build a professional working culture.

7. Business Planning & Strategy

* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business plans.

* Identify new investment opportunities.

* Plan warehouse and infrastructure expansion.

* Develop systems and processes for scalable growth.

* Work towards making the company a professionally managed organisation.

8. Compliance & Company Management

* Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

* Monitor GST, FSSAI, ROC and other company compliances.

* Review important agreements and contracts.

* Coordinate with CA, legal advisors and auditors.

Primary Responsibility: To lead Mann Farm Fresh Private Limited, drive business growth, maintain profitability, build a strong management team and establish the company as a leading B2B fresh produce supply chain organisation.
