Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and understand electrical and networking wiring layouts/drawings.
- Execute electrical and networking conduit work as per site requirements.
- Perform CAT6 cable laying according to workstation and network point layouts.
- Route and manage cables properly through conduits, ceilings, trays, and other pathways.
- Perform IO crimping, RJ45 crimping, and networking punching on patch panels and modules.
- Install and terminate LAN/network points, patch panels, information outlets (IO), and related accessories.
- Identify cable routes and follow drawings accurately while executing work.
- Perform cable dressing, labeling, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other project teams to complete work as per schedule.
- Maintain proper quality, safety, and workmanship standards at the site.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of CAT6 networking cabling.
- Ability to read and understand electrical & networking layouts.
- Hands-on experience in conduiting, cable laying, crimping, and punching.
- Knowledge of patch panels, IO modules, RJ45 connectors, racks, and basic networking.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Experience in commercial/office projects will be preferred.
Experience: 1–5 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / relevant technical experience preferred.
