Dhanush Association is looking for motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, coordinate with workers, and ensure smooth project execution.
📍 Location: Across Gujarat
💼 Experience: Fresher / 6 Months – 1 Year (Experience Preferred)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
✅ Coordinate with workers and contractors.
✅ Manage manpower and assign daily tasks.
✅ Check materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
✅ Ensure work is completed properly and on time.
✅ Maintain daily site reports and records.
✅ Coordinate with the Project Manager and office team.
✅ Follow quality and safety procedures.
✅ Travel to different project sites across Gujarat.
🎯 Requirements
🔹 Freshers can apply.
🔹 6 months to 1 year of site supervision or construction experience preferred.
🔹 Basic knowledge of site work and construction materials.
🔹 Good communication and team-handling skills.
🔹 Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred.
🔹 Diploma / ITI / Graduate candidates can apply.
🔹 Must be comfortable travelling and staying at project sites across Gujarat.
