Hiring: DSA Supervisor / Team Leader

Job DescriptionWe are hiring an energetic and result-oriented DSA Supervisor / Team Leader to manage existing DSA agents, recruit new agents and drive business growth for our banking partners.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate with existing DSA agents.
- Recruit and onboard new DSA agents.
- Identify potential agents, connectors and vehicle dealers.
- Guide agents in sourcing loan applications.
- Monitor leads, file submissions and loan disbursements.
- Follow up with agents and resolve their queries.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and business targets.
- Maintain relationships with bank officials and business partners.
- Prepare and submit regular business reports.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Sales or DSA Business preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Strong networking and recruitment abilities.
- Knowledge of Home Loans, Vehicle Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
