Account Assistant

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai 

Experience: 12 Years  

Salary: ₹20,000 ₹25,000 per month  

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Job Description: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting 

and finance activities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Maintain daily accounting entries and records. 

• Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments. 

• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries. 

• Manage accounts payable and receivable. 

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation. 

• Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory documentation. 

• Follow up on outstanding payments. 

• Maintain vendor and customer accounts. 

• Assist the senior accountant with monthly reports and other finance-related tasks. 

Required Skills: 

• B.Com / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 

• 1/ 2 years of relevant accounting experience. 

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel. 

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation. 

• Good numerical and analytical skills. 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Good communication and organizational skills
