Job DescriptionPlasma Spray Processors (PSP) is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the company's finance and compliance functions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts and journal vouchers in Tally Prime.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, general ledger and other accounting records.
• Assist in GST return preparation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Support TDS calculations, deductions and statutory compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, supplier/customer ledgers and outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records.
• Verify invoices, expense bills and supporting documents.
• Assist with salary entries, employee advances and reimbursement records.
• Prepare expense statements, outstanding reports and monthly accounting reports.
• Support monthly closing, ledger scrutiny and internal/external audits.
• Required SkillsGood working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain proper financial records and meet deadlines.
• Candidate RequirementsB.Com graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry accounting experience will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners may be preferred.

Salary₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
