Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle GST filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST compliances.
- Manage TDS filing, calculations, deductions and related compliance.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (Bank Reco) on a regular basis.
- Handle purchase and sales entries in accounting software.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage journal entries, ledger posting and general accounting activities.
- Assist in finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Strong understanding of Bank Reconciliation and Finalisation of Accounts.
- Hands-on experience in Purchase & Sales Entries.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple accounting activities.
