Accountant

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our growing premium short-stay rental business. The role is primarily work-from-Office.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update daily financial records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments.
• Track Airbnb and other platform payouts.
• Record business expenses and maintain proper documentation.
• Process monthly salary payments.
• Manage rent payments for all properties.
• Maintain vendor and utility bill records and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and payment gateways.
• Prepare monthly profit & loss reports and cash flow summaries.
• Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements by providing necessary data and documents.
• Maintain organized financial records using Excel and accounting software.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be based in Mumbai.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Salary: ₹15,000-20,000 per month

• Preferred SkillsPrior experience handling accounts for hospitality, Airbnb, hotels, or real estate businesses is an advantage.
• Familiarity with online banking and digital payment platforms.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain financial dashboards.
