Job Description

1. Inventory

·       Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.

·       Monitor stock levels and coordinate requirements.

·       Coordinate product/medicine deliveries and maintain proper documentation.

·       Prepare Ayurvedic prescriptions and medicine quotations, wherever required.

2. Admin

·       Manage clinic maintenance, cleanliness, upkeep and repair coordination.

·       Coordinate machine AMC, servicing and vendor follow-ups.

·       Manage biomedical waste collection and vendor coordination as per clinic protocols.

·       Handle petty cash, cash collection box, safe custody and daily cash deposit coordination.

·       Ensure proper OT register maintenance, doctor signatures and monthly documentation.

·       Coordinate with Accounts for relevant payment and pending matters.
