Job Description: Assistant Store Manager – Kids Gaming ZoneLocation: Borivali East, Mumbai

Salary: ₹35,000–₹38,000 in-hand (depending on interview)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in handling daily operations of a kids' gaming zone with a café. The candidate will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, staff management, and achievement of business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the gaming zone and café.
• Supervise, train, and guide team members to maintain service standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor gaming machines, rides, and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Coordinate with the technical team for machine breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance.
• Oversee café operations, including food service, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor sales, revenue, cash handling, billing, and daily reports.
• Support business growth by achieving sales targets and promoting memberships, packages, and offers.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and timely replenishment of gaming and café supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the entire outlet.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
• Handle opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain proper records of sales, expenses, inventory, and customer feedback.
• Ensure child safety and provide a secure, enjoyable experience for children and their parents.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and management team to resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, café, or entertainment zone operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
