Job Description
Assistant Store Manager – We are looking for a customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in driving store performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service and manage customer queries, follow-ups, and escalations.
- Support customers throughout their consultation and treatment journey.
- Oversee daily store operations, appointments, hygiene, and team scheduling.
- Supervise and motivate the store team to achieve service and business goals.
- Drive sales, customer retention, and repeat business.
- Track store performance, maintain CRM/MIS reports, and manage inventory.
- RequirementsGraduate with 4–6 years of experience in retail, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and handling customer follow-ups.
