Job Description

JD for HR Compliance

Location - Malad west

Working Hours (Flexible):

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days:

1st and 3rd Saturday: Half-day working

2nd and 4th Saturday: Off

Sunday: Off

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to support the organization in maintaining regulatory, statutory, and internal compliance requirements. The candidate will assist with compliance documentation, filings, records, audits, and monitoring of applicable laws and regulations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Compliance Knowledge / Experience ( prefferd )
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
