| Back Office- Store Keeper & Finance

We are looking for a Store & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day inventory operations and ensure accurate stock records. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining proper documentation and inventory processes.

• What You’ll DoMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Receive, verify, and organize inventory as per requirements.
• Maintain stock registers and all supporting documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Conduct and support regular physical stock verification.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of products.
• Track stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock requirements and availability.
• Support reconciliation of physical stock with system and accounting records.
• Ensure inventory processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
• What We’re Looking ForPrior experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain proper and systematic documentation.
• Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented approach.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day inventory activities.
