Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Factory Supervisor to support daily production activities, coordinate workers, and ensure smooth operations on the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations.
Monitor workers and assign tasks as required.
Ensure production activities are completed on time.
Monitor the quality and quantity of production work.
Maintain discipline and follow workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate with workers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Maintain basic production and attendance records.
Ensure proper use and handling of tools, materials, and equipment.
Report production-related issues to the management.
Requirements
Gender: Male
Education: 12th Pass
English: No English required
