Job Description

A bakery helper supports the daily production, cleaning, and customer service tasks of a bakery.


Key Responsibilities


• Ingredient Preparation: Measure and weigh flour, sugar, and other recipe components accurately.

• Dough & Baking Support: Help mix, knead, shape dough, and monitor oven times.

• Packaging & Labeling: Package, label, and display finished baked goods for sale.

• Kitchen Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, mixers, and ovens to meet food safety standards.

• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve baked goods at the counter.

• Inventory Help: Restock supplies, rotate stock, and monitor ingredient levels.
