Job Description

Core Responsibilities


  • Beverage Preparation: Make espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, and specialty beverages following exact recipes and quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, explain menu options, and handle any complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash and digital POS card payments accurately.
  • Cleanliness: Sanitize workstations, clean espresso machines, wash utensils, and keep the dining area tidy.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and packaging, and restock as needed. [1]
