  • Main Responsibilities


  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes or create new ones
  • Menu Planning: Design menus, suggest new dishes, and update offerings based on trends or season
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff like cooks and helpers
  • Quality Control: Ensure food taste, presentation, and portion sizes meet standards
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste
  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety regulations
  • Cost Control: Manage food costs and stay within budget
