Biryani Master – KRA
Consistent Taste & Quality – Maintain authentic flavour, aroma and texture every time.
Recipe & Portion Control – Follow standard recipes, measurements and portion sizes strictly.
Rice & Dum Execution – Ensure perfect rice cooking, layering and dum process.
Freshness & Wastage Control – Maintain freshness and minimise food wastage.
Hygiene & Food Safety – Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Preparation Planning – Ensure timely mise-en-place and availability during service.
Team Coordination – Guide kitchen staff and maintain smooth biryani production.
Cost Control – Monitor ingredient usage and maintain food cost targets.
Menu Development – Support development of new biryani varieties and seasonal specials.
