Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
- Configure IP cameras, network settings, and remote/mobile viewing.
- Install and terminate CCTV cables and connectors.
- Test cameras and ensure proper video quality and recording.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, DVR/NVR, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of CCTV systems.
- Visit customer sites for installation, service, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of installations, service calls, and equipment used.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CCTV installation and maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and basic computer networking.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
