Job Description
Assist clients with claim intimation and required documentation. Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, hospitals, surveyors and garages, as applicable. Collect and check documents required for claim processing. Track claim progress and follow up on pending requirements. Keep clients informed about claim status and outstanding documents. Maintain claim records and escalate delays or unresolved issues to the consultant. Assist with claim-related emails and correspondence. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Good written and spoken English, with accurate English typing skills. Comfortable using email and maintaining basic trackers. Patient, organised and responsive when dealing with clients. Willing to learn insurance claim procedures.
