Position: Payment Collection Executive (Office-Based / Tele-Collection)

Office Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Salary: Rs. 20,000 - 30,000 per month

Job Role:

We are looking for a smart and disciplined Payment Collection Executive for our office in Goregaon East to manage payment follow-ups and collections for our Car Rental vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with corporate clients & retail customers for pending payments via calls, emails & WhatsApp.

2. Maintain accounts receivable sheet and track overdue invoices.

3. Coordinate with billing team for billing status.

4. Send payment reminders, invoices and statements to clients on time.

5. Update daily collection report in Tally and In-house software.

6. Resolve billing queries and payment discrepancies with clients.

7. Ensure timely collection and reduce outstanding dues.

Required Skills & Qualification:

- Graduate / Undergraduate - Any stream

- 1-2 Years experience in Payment Collection / Accounts Receivable / Tele-Collection preferred

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi

- Proficient in MS Excel, Email writing and basic accounting

- Aggressive in follow-ups, polite in communication and target-oriented

- Immediate joiner preferred

Work Details:

- Work From Office - Goregaon East

- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm
