Job Description
Consult Hagnos Hiring- Collection Officer
Department: Collection
Location: Chembur & Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities-Handle NPA and overdue customer accounts.
- Visit and follow up with overdue clients for collection.
- Contact customers regarding their NPA/overdue status.
- Follow up with customers for timely repayment of outstanding dues.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers.
- Conduct client visits as required for collection activities.
EligibilityQualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Candidates with a field collection background will be preferred.
