Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle enquiries, test drives and bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team, Service Team and other departments.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Schedule customer appointments and test drives.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate for issue resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer calls, follow-ups and leads.
- Support the dealership in achieving customer engagement and sales-related targets.
