Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage post-sales coordination and backend operations for Villa & Plot customers.
Handle customer queries, legal/property documentation, payment follow-ups, agreement & registration coordination, construction/possession updates, CRM trackers, MIS, and customer communication.
Candidate Profile: 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate CRM/Post-Sales, good knowledge of property documentation and registration, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Email, and CRM software.
Non-Sales Role – CRM, Customer Service, Documentation & Backend Operations.
