Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and requests through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure closure within defined TAT/SLA.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Credit, Collections, and Support for issue resolution.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, requests, and resolutions.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Support customers with product/service-related information and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain daily/weekly service-related MIS.
