Job Description
• Form Management: Accurately fill and submit online insurance proposals on partner portals. • Data Handling: Update and maintain detailed Management Information Systems (MIS) reports daily. • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate actively with insurance companies, field agents, and internal teams. • Client Follow-up: Follow up via phone and email regarding pending documents, medical updates, and policy issuance. • Quality Control: Verify all submitted data against physical or digital source documents to minimize rejection rates. • Record Keeping: Organize and archive digital files securely while respecting strict confidentiality standards.
