Job Description
You run the drip: the WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email sequences that make a prospect ready to buy before the first
conversation. Cards, clips and videos come from the content team; you schedule them, segment them, measure them and
keep the tools running — DoubleTick, GMass, Dripify, the WhatsApp bot.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build and run the S.I.D.B.C sequences from lead entry to first
meeting, per sector.
Operate DoubleTick / WhatsApp Business API, GMass, Dripify
and LinkedIn from the director and EA accounts.
Segment lists, personalise merge fields, keep opt-outs and
compliance clean.
Report open, reply and meeting rates weekly; cut what does
not convert.
Publish the LinkedIn calendar and the educational-video
drops.
Keep the WhatsApp bot flows and the objection-video library
up to date.
2–5 years running B2B outbound or marketing automation. Hands-on with WhatsApp Business API tools, an email sender
and a LinkedIn automation tool.
Writes short, plain copy; understands a sequence, not just a
blast.
Numbers-driven: you know your reply rate by segment.
