eCommerce Operations Manager

Hiring: E-commerce & Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our growing crystal accessories brand, Chakra Theory.

The candidate will be responsible for managing our website, product listings, inventory, vendors, customer orders and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & E-commerce Management

- Manage and maintain the company website.

- Upload new products with descriptions, images, pricing and specifications.

- Update product listings, prices, offers and availability.

- Ensure the website is updated, organised and functioning smoothly.

- Manage incoming orders and track order status.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

- Track incoming and outgoing stock.

- Monitor low-stock products and coordinate restocking.

- Maintain proper records of product availability and stock movement.

3. Vendor & Supplier Management

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers.

- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries and pending supplies.

- Maintain vendor details, pricing and purchase records.

- Ensure timely procurement of products and packaging materials.

4. Customer & Order Management

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, website and other channels.

- Coordinate order processing, packaging and dispatch.

- Manage returns, replacements and customer complaints.

- Ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement to delivery.

5. Business Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate with delivery partners and logistics companies.

- Maintain daily sales, order and expense records.

- Prepare basic daily and weekly business reports.

- Coordinate with the social media and marketing team for product updates and promotions.

- Identify operational issues and help improve business processes.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online store management.

- Experience with website platforms such as Shoopy, Shopify or similar is preferred.

- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a growing startup environment.

Preferred Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, operations or online business management.

- Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
