Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Engineer / Helper to join our Electronics Product Manufacturing Company. As an Engineer / Helper, you will support the manufacturing process and ensure the smooth operation of our production line. Your responsibilities will involve assembly in production, quality testing and following safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist skilled workers in the assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic products according to established guidelines and quality standards.

- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for production, ensuring they are in good working order and readily available when needed.

- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to manufacturing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.

- Clean and maintain work areas, machinery, and tools, ensuring a safe and organized environment.

- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, reporting any faults or issues to the appropriate personnel.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, contributing to a smooth workflow and efficient manufacturing process.

- Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and recording materials used, reporting shortages, and assisting with stock replenishment as needed.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for optimizing efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or related industries, is advantageous.

- Basic understanding of electronics components, assembly techniques, and manufacturing processes is desirable.

- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle equipment, tools, and materials.

- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow safety guidelines.

- Effective communication skills to report issues or seek clarification when necessary.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills related to electronics manufacturing.
