Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
Experience: 2–3 Years (Strictly in the Europe Sector)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Europe Tour Package Sales Executive to join our team at Dadar. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in designing, promoting, and selling customized international holiday packages explicitly for European destinations.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Conversions: Convert inbound leads and inquiries into confirmed holiday package bookings for the Europe sector.
• Itinerary Customization: Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences to design detailed, tailor-made European itineraries (including flights, hotels, internal transfers, and sightseeing).
• Vendor Coordination: Interact and negotiate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hoteliers, and local suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
• Client Relationship Management: Provide expert consultation regarding visa requirements, travel rules, and popular European attractions to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and maximize revenue for the international travel sector.
Job Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience handling European holiday packages.
• Sector Knowledge: Deep geographical and logistical knowledge of European tourist circuits, visas, and route planning.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English to confidently pitch to premium clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in constructing accurate cost sheets, day-by-day itineraries, and utilizing travel CRM software.
