Role OverviewWe are seeking an aggressive, target-driven Senior Admission Counsellor with proven experience in edtech or private education sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end enrollment pipelines, conducting high-conversion academic counseling sessions via phone and video calls, and closing admissions to meet monthly revenue benchmarks.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Conversion: Connect with warm inbound leads, evaluate student/parent requirements, and pitch tailored academic programs to close enrollments.

• Academic Consultation: Conduct structured virtual counseling sessions to address parent/student objections, explain course curricula, and position the institution's value proposition.
• 
  
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly talk-time benchmarks, demo/counseling bookings, and monthly gross revenue targets.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene (LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) by logging call dispositions, follow-ups, and payment milestones daily.

• Fee Collection & Enrollment: Guide parents through registration, fee schedules, EMI/loan processing, and documentation to ensure successful onboarding.

• Post-Call Nurturing: Re-engage cold leads and run structured follow-up cadences through WhatsApp, email, and calls to maximize lead conversion rates.

• Required Experience & SkillsExperience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in tele-counseling, academic counseling, or inside sales within the EdTech, coaching institute, or test-prep sectors.

• Proven Track Record: Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and target-linked incentive achievements.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling skills in English and regional languages (as required).

• Closing Capability: Strong understanding of consumer psychology, urgency creation, and consultative sales frameworks (e.g., handling price resistance, competitor comparisons).

• Remote Discipline: High self-motivation, time management, and ability to hit call-volume KPIs without micro-management.
