EV Charging Station Attendant

•       Assist EV owners in connecting and disconnecting charging guns correctly and safely.

•       Guide customers through app download, registration/account setup, and charging session initiation.

•       Assist customers with the cashless payment process, where applicable.

•       Monitor ongoing charging sessions and perform basic fault identification and troubleshooting before escalating issues to the technical team.

•       Monitor charging bays and ensure vehicles are removed promptly once charging is completed, helping maintain bay availability.

•       Ensure the charging station and surrounding bay area remain clean, safe, organized, and clearly signposted.

•       Identify and promptly report equipment faults, safety concerns, operational issues, and customer complaints to the Operations Manager.

•       Maintain a professional and helpful presence while interacting with walk-in customers, corporate fleet drivers, and mall staff.

•       Support the Operations Manager and technical team in maintaining smooth day-to-day charging station operations.

•       Follow all prescribed safety procedures and operational guidelines.
