Merchandiser responsibilitiesProduct Planning

• Coordinate new design development with suppliers
• Finalize colors, sizes, and size ratios
• Maintain the product master and design records

Purchase & Vendor Coordination

• Follow up with manufacturers for production status
• Ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle purchase orders and vendor communication

Stock Management

• Check inward stock against purchase orders
• Verify quantities, sizes, and quality
• Coordinate barcode creation and product tagging

Sales Support

• Prepare new arrival collections for the sales team
• Share product photos and details with wholesale customers
• Monitor fast-selling and slow-moving designs

Reporting

• Daily inward and pending order report
• Stock availability report
• Best-selling design analysis
