Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Demo Experts to conduct home-to-home demonstrations of home and kitchen appliances. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience while driving product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home-to-home demonstrations of home and kitchen appliances.

• Explain product features, usage, and benefits clearly to customers.

• Upsell and cross-sell related products during demonstrations.

• Ensure an excellent customer experience during every visit.

• Manage daily schedules, demo appointments, and customer follow-ups.

• Maintain product samples and handle them responsibly.

• Submit daily reports, visit updates, and customer feedback to the team.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai.

• Prior experience in retail sales, field sales, or product demonstrations is preferred.

• Ability to upsell and cross-sell confidently.

• Must own a two-wheeler for local travel.

• Must have a smartphone for communication and reporting.

• Four-wheeler driving licence is optional.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly CTC: Up to ₹33,000.

• Additional performance-based incentives.

• 12 Casual Leaves per year.

• 12 Sick Leaves per year.

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

• 6 days working per week.

• Saturday and Sunday are working days due to high demand for demonstrations.

• One weekday off per week, as per the assigned schedule.
