Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and target-driven candidates for B2B Sales and Counter Sales positions covering the Karjat to CST route.

1. B2B Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers, retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generate leads, conduct client visits, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate order processing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

2. Counter Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their product requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Process customer orders and coordinate billing and payments.
• Maintain product displays, stock availability, and counter cleanliness.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or counter sales will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Candidates residing in or comfortable travelling between Karjat and CST are preferred.
