Job Description
Take daily instructions from the Supervisor and Obtain necessary society/client permissions before
beginning AMC work.
Report at the site on or before 10 AM and Follow all AMC procedures as per company SOPs
without deviation.
Perform oiling, greasing, and performance checks of fire pumps, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems,
Also Addressable & Conventional fire alarm systems to ensure all components are functional.
Note down all system faults observed during the AMC
complete the service report with details of total site area, checked areas, and issues found.
Review AMC report with the client, explain faults, take confirmation
Forward photos and site-leaving status to the AMC Head for record and further action.
Assist in verifying problems with the client to support quotation preparation
share details of materials used or requiring replacement for further processing.
Be capable of managing the site and AMC reporting
Shall handle independently in the Supervisor’s absence, including coordination, checks, and communication.
