HEAD CHEF – GREEN THERAPY & 63 BY-LANERole Overview

We are looking for a Head Chef who is comfortable working in a fast-paced cloud kitchen setup and can take complete ownership of kitchen operations, food quality, hygiene, consistency, and team management across both brands.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in Pizza, including dough preparation, fermentation, baking, toppings, and consistency.
• Good knowledge of European and Mediterranean cuisines, with an understanding of their ingredients, techniques, and flavour profiles.
• Comfortable managing cloud-kitchen operations, including high-volume orders, batch preparation, mise en place, and delivery-focused service.
• Ensure strict hygiene, sanitation, food safety, storage, FIFO, and personal hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensure recipes, portion sizes, taste, presentation, and preparation methods are followed consistently.
• Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen team while maintaining discipline and accountability.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, wastage, portion control, and kitchen costs.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen areas, equipment, refrigerators, and storage.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed without compromise.
• Take ownership of customer feedback related to food quality and implement corrective action.
• Assist with new product development, recipe trials, menu improvements, and standardisation for both brands.

The Head Chef must lead by example and ensure that every product leaving the kitchen consistently meets the required standards of taste, quality, hygiene, portioning, presentation, and consistency.
