- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations, and Support roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance review activities.
- Address employee queries and support HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws
