Job Description
Key Responsibilities
New Contract Preparation & Data Entry
Preparing new contracts and ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Maintaining and updating contract-related records and information.
Contract Follow-ups
Managing follow-ups for all contracts, including both domestic and international contracts.
Coordinating with relevant teams and clients to ensure timely completion and execution.
Email & Import/Export Documentation
Handling professional email correspondence.
Preparing, maintaining, and organizing import/export documentation and other business-related documents.
International Client Interaction
Communicating and coordinating with international clients regarding contracts, documentation, requirements, and follow-ups.
Maintaining professional client relationships and ensuring timely responses.
Data Management
Maintaining and organizing business and client data.
Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper record management.
Overseas Company Accounts
Handling and maintaining records related to overseas company accounts.
Coordinating account-related documentation, follow-ups, and communication as required.
