💰 Salary & Incentives
• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 / month (₹3.0 LPA CTC)
• Performance Incentives: Uncapped Monthly Incentives (Earn ₹15,000+ / month post-probation with no ceiling on earnings)

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Working Model
• B2B Prospecting & Acquisition: Connect with decision-makers using a company-provided database (~7,224 prospective business clients monthly / 300+ daily contacts).
• Deal Closing & Revenue Target: Convert qualified business inquiries into closed bulk orders (targeting ~225 orders / ~450+ IT products sold per month).
• Enterprise Solution Consultation: Pitch and advise corporate clients on high-value IT hardware products including Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Servers, CCTV Systems, and Printers.
• Commercial Negotiation & Account Management: Issue quotations, negotiate pricing terms, close multi-unit orders (2–50 units per order), and maintain relationships with repeat business accounts.
📋 Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Freshers with strong communication & negotiation skills OR 1–2 years in B2B Sales / Corporate Development / Inside Sales.
• Key Skills: Confident presentation, commercial negotiation, client relationship management, and a strong drive to exceed targets.
