🎓 Qualification: HSC with 6 months experience / Graduate

👨‍💼 Experience: 0–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls on leads generated through digital platforms

• Pitch skincare services and explain their benefits & USPs

• Convert potential customers into appointments/sales

• Follow up with interested/potential clients

• Handle customer queries and coordinate with therapists

• Schedule appointments and ensure smooth customer coordination

• Maintain customer/lead records and reports in Excel

• Work towards achieving sales & conversion targets

Candidate Profile:

✅ Excellent communication & convincing skills

✅ Strong sales/pitching ability

✅ Customer-focused approach

✅ Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented

✅ Candidates from Inside Sales, Telesales, B2C, Consumer Services, Beauty/Wellness or similar backgrounds preferred
