Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information. Maintain and regularly update customer information and sales activities in the CRM. Prepare and update MIS reports related to calls, leads, sales, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling. Work towards achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups. Candidate Requirements • • • • • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Comfortable with cold calling and handling customer interactions. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Preferred Qualification • • • B.Tech in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or a relevant qualification. Candidates with a Commerce background may also be considered based on their communication and sales skills. Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
