Designation: International voice process agent - Lead Generation

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Connecting with new customers on call (US)
• Pitching the company exhibition booth fabrication services to the prospect clients
• Regularly updating the lists and database of individual client contact details
• Regularly follow up with clients for conversions
• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts through Cold calls
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• meeting the revenue targets set by the organisation

Skills:

·     Networking Skills: Leveraging connections to generate leads and referrals.

·     Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.

·     Active Listening: Understanding client needs and concerns by listening attentively.

·     Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and the sales cycle, particularly for cold calling.

·     Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and prices effectively to close deals.

·     Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with potential clients to foster long-term business relationships.

·     Prior experience in the events and exhibitions would be an added advantage
