International Voice Process Agent

Designation: International voice process agent - Lead Generation

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to indian and international companies participating in global trade shows/expos and exhibitions.
•  Pitching the company's exhibition design, booth fabrication/construction services to the prospect clients
• Navigate gatekeepers to reach Marketing Managers or Exhibition Leads to pitch our design capabilities.
• Regularly updating the lists and database of individual client contact details.
• Regularly follow up with clients on calls and emails for conversions.
• Transition prospects into active leads by successfully obtaining the "Exhibition Stall Brief" (design requirements, stall dimensions, and budget).
• meeting the revenue targets set by the organisation.

Skills:

•  Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent for international markets.
•  Active Listening: Understanding client needs and concerns by listening attentively.
•  Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with potential clients to foster long-term business relationships.
• Prior experience in the events and exhibitions would be an added advantage
• Document all interactions and lead statuses accurately in CRM to ensure a seamless handoff to the sales and design team.
