Job Title: Tele-calling Executive (Outbound)

Role & Responsibilities

• Understanding the exhibition stall designing and booth fabrication services of the company

• Connecting with new customers on call (domestic/International)

• Pitching the company's products and services to the prospect clients

• Regularly updating and obtaining the lists and database of individual client contact details

and follow up with clients for conversions.

• Meet leads target set by the organisation.

• Stay updated with market trends in the exhibitions and events industry to better serve customers.

• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services

• Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.

• Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers with sound communication skills can apply
• Prior experience working as a tele-caller, lead generation specialist,customer service representative or as a tele-marketer or in a similar role will be a plus
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, communications or experience in the exhibitions or events industry is a plus
• Having done a sales-related training program
• Being knowledgeable with computers and basic MS office is a plus
• Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
• Ability to change and adapt the communication style on different events
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
