Job Title: Tele-calling Executive (Outbound)

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive our growth by pitching Exhibition booth design and fabrication services to companies participating in domestic and international exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Pitching: Identify and pitch our design and fabrication services to companies registered for upcoming global and domestic trade shows.
• Service Expertise: Deeply understand our stall designing and booth construction capabilities to effectively communicate our value to prospects.
• Active Outreach: Connect with new international and domestic customers via calls and digital platforms to pitch our portfolio.
• Lead Management: Source, update, and maintain a robust database of client contacts, following up consistently to secure conversions.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets set by the organization.
• Industry Intelligence: Stay updated on global exhibition trends to provide consultative solutions tailored to customer needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers with sound communication skills can apply
• Prior experience working as a tele-caller, lead generation specialist,customer service representative or as a tele-marketer or in a similar role will be a plus
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, communications or experience in the exhibitions or events industry is a plus
• Having done a sales-related training program
• Being knowledgeable with computers and basic MS office is a plus
• Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
• Ability to change and adapt the communication style on different events
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
