Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and responsible Invigilator to manage and monitor examinations/assessments. The person will ensure that assessments are conducted smoothly, securely, and as per the defined guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and monitor online/offline assessments and examinations.
• Verify candidate identity and attendance before the assessment.
• Explain assessment instructions and rules to candidates.
• Monitor candidates throughout the examination to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Ensure there is no use of unauthorized material or unfair practices.
• Manage the assessment environment and maintain discipline.
• Handle basic technical issues during online assessments and coordinate with the technical team when required.
• Maintain attendance sheets, assessment records, incident reports and other documentation.
• Report any suspicious activity, technical issue or violation immediately to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with Capgemini/client SPOCs regarding assessment schedules and requirements.
• Ensure all assessment material and candidate information are handled confidentially.
• Support smooth entry, seating, login and exit processes for candidates.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in invigilation, examination coordination, assessment administration, training coordination, or similar roles.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online assessment platforms.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions strictly.
• Good observation and monitoring skills.
• Ability to handle candidates professionally.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work according to assessment schedules, including shifts if required.

Graduate preferred
