Jewellery Sales Associate

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting fine jewellery (gold, diamond, gemstone, Lab grown and silver), provide expert product knowledge, and deliver an exceptional retail experience to drive sales and foster customer loyalty.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales: Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences and budget, and guide them through jewellery selections.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of gold purity (karats), diamond quality (4 Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat), design details, and pricing structures (making charges, certification).
• Cross-Selling & Upselling: Recommend matching accessories, complementary designs, or custom order options to enhance sales.
• Display & Inventory: Maintain clean, well-organized counter displays and assist with daily stock counts, safety checks, and secure vault storage.
• Transaction Management: Handle billing, invoice generation, customer schemes, and gold exchange calculations accurately.
• Relationship Management: Maintain follow-ups with repeat clients for new arrivals, seasonal promotions, and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries).
