Job Description
We are looking for an organised and responsible Jr HR Officer to support daily HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee documentation and administrative activities. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare HR letters and maintain employee records and documentation.
Coordinate interviews, track CVs and follow up with candidates.
Maintain attendance, leave records and HR trackers using Excel.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Handle HR data entry, filing and routine administrative tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and follow up on pending tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Freshers with good computer skills are welcome.
Organised, approachable and willing to learn.
Location: SEEPZ North Gate (Gate no. 3), Andheri East, Mumbai.
