Job Description
We’re Hiring – Liaison & Approvals Executive
Spacera Architects | Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Liaison & Approvals Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle MCGM/BMC liaisoning and approval follow-ups
• Understand DCPR 2034 and redevelopment-related requirements
• Read and understand architectural drawings, area statements and approval plans
• Prepare feasibility reports, notesheets, approval status reports and documentation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients and government authorities
• Follow up for IOD/IOA, CC, OC, NOCs and other statutory approvals
• Maintain proper records, trackers and correspondence for ongoing proposals
Candidate Profile
• Relevant experience in Mumbai liaisoning / municipal approvals
• Good understanding of architectural drawings
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills
• Comfortable with MS Word and Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, organised and capable of independently following up on files
Experience: Preferably 3–5 years
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Detailed drafting expertise is not mandatory, as we already have a dedicated drafting team. The key requirement is strong liaisoning, documentation, drawing-reading and approval coordination ability.
