Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Erection & Installation: Handle the complete mechanical and electrical installation of elevator components, including guide rails, car frames, counterweights, hoisting machinery, cabin assembly, and door mechanisms.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex architectural drawings, electrical schematics, layouts, and technical manuals to execute installations accurately.
Testing & Commissioning: Conduct initial alignment, balancing, and safety tests on installed systems prior to final handover.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical alignment issues during the installation phase to minimize project delays.
Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to site safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with local elevator regulations and company safety mandates.
Site Coordination: Coordinate effectively with site managers, builders, contractors, and project engineers to ensure timely completion of projects.
